Milk Carton Puppet
What to do: An empty clean milk carton can be transformed into a colorful puppet or mobile for young children. 1. Collect several milk cartons. 2. Rinse and dry them completely. Cut the bottom off. 3. Coat the carton with rubber cement, and allow to dry. 4. Apply rubber cement to the back of the paper, and allow to dry. 5. Wrap the paper
Musical Hide and Seek
What to do: 1. Wind up a small music box or turn on a pocket radio and hide it just out of sight of a toddler. 2. Go with the child on an expedition, and see if the two of you can find where the sound is coming from. 3. You could also do this with a CD player or alarm clock.
